Cut potatoes into small pieces
Slice onions and chop tomato,greenchillies,garlic pods and coriander leaves
Pressure cook potatoes along with onion, tomato, green chillies, garlic, turmeric powder, chopped coriander leaves, salt and water in a pressure cooker
Cook, till 1-2 whistle comes or till the potatoes are cooked
Keep aside
Heat oil in a kadai or a pan
Splutter the mustard seeds and add dry chillies and curry leaves
Add the cooked potato mixture into it and boil for 3 min
